The application is hosted using infrastructure provided by IONOS. Requests submitted through the form are stored in the integrated backend of the application hosted on that infrastructure.

On the quote request page (/en/quote) there is an optional feature using Google Maps Platform to autocomplete locations, determine coordinates and calculate distances and estimated journey times. This feature does not activate automatically: it requires an explicit decision by the user within the form.
When this feature is enabled, technical data necessary to provide the service may be transmitted to Google, which may include: the address or location entered, the coordinates associated with that location, the device's IP address and technical request information. Google processes this data in accordance with its own policies.
Personal data provided in the form (name, email, phone, company, etc.) are not transmitted to Google by the technical implementation of this website.
Form.taxi
The contact and quote request forms available on this website (/en/contact and /en/quote) use the Form.taxi service to manage the delivery of internal notifications. When a form is submitted, the data necessary to handle the request (name, email, phone, company and message content) are transmitted through this service for the sole purpose of delivering the notification to the CUTILLAS team.
Form.taxi acts as a technology provider for form delivery. We do not use Form.taxi for marketing, tracking or behavioural analysis purposes.
